Terms & Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and phfub ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phfub online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, and services available at https://phfub.cam.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or playing any game on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the phfub platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of location, device, or method of access. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and play at phfub, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register, banned player list, or gambling restriction database;
• Not be an employee, agent, affiliate, director, or immediate family member of any phfub staff member;
• Be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

phfub reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account that fails to meet these eligibility requirements. Proof of age and identity may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account at phfub. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. It is your responsibility to update this information if it changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Philippine gaming requirements, phfub may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, PhilSys, UMID, PRC, or Postal ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• A selfie holding your ID and a handwritten note with the current date

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours; most GCash and Maya withdrawals complete in 5–15 minutes;
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings;
• phfub reserves the right to conduct additional verification on unusual or high-value withdrawals;
• Withdrawal fees may apply for certain methods; such fees are always displayed upfront before confirmation.

4.4 Refund Policy

Deposits that have been wagered cannot be refunded. Refunds are only considered for technical errors — for example, deposits made in error that were never credited to your account. In such cases, contact support immediately with the transaction reference.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus is available once per player, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses apply only to new deposits — existing balances do not qualify;
• Players must be fully KYC verified to receive certain bonuses and to withdraw any bonus winnings;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted;
• phfub reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, typically 25x the bonus amount for the welcome offer. This means you must place bets totaling 25 times the bonus value before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings.

Game contribution toward wagering requirements varies:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution on qualifying markets
• Bingo & Fishing: varies by promotion — check individual bonus terms

5.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While actively using bonus funds, the maximum bet per spin or hand is ₱400. Betting above this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire if unused within the specified period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

phfub reserves the right to withhold bonuses or close accounts engaged in:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit bonus mechanics;
• Exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus systems;
• Depositing and immediately requesting withdrawal without playing;
• Betting on both sides of the same event to manipulate wagering contributions.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered at phfub — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and fishing arcade games — are governed by their own specific rules, available within each game or on the respective game page.

By playing at phfub, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing labs;
• Live dealer outcomes reflect the real-time results of physical dealing at authorized studios;
• Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted within 7 days of the game taking place;
• phfub's decision on any game dispute is final and binding.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting game outcomes, phfub reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund players accordingly. Winnings resulting from software bugs, glitches, or misreported odds are not payable.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person;
• Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to automate betting;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity;

• Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts with other persons;
• Placing bets on behalf of another player for commercial gain;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or cashback offers through systematic exploitation;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent regional restrictions.

Violations may result in: permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonus funds, referral to law enforcement authorities, and legal action.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

phfub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months;
• Voluntary self-exclusion request from the player;
• Legal or regulatory requirements from authorities.

When an account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance or bonus funds may be forfeited. In cases of voluntary closure or termination without cause, remaining balances may be returned following successful KYC verification and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
